Processing Facts

Production Time is the creation and personalization of the item(s), plus the careful preparation of your order for shipment.  Each of our items has an estimated production time frame, and some have different production time spans (especially during the pandemic we are facing). 

​

We have a few locations of our manufacturer teams, and some create and ship out faster than others, (especially during the pandemic due to their facilities and abilities to safely social distance).  

 

You can find this estimate on each product page towards the right side, on desktop, under the label 'Processing and Shipping'.  If you happen not to see that information, you most certainly are welcomed to Contact Us, or Chat with us

below and we will give you that info ;)

 

***Please keep in mind these Processing times are estimates, subject to change, but we do our very best to provide you with accurate Processing windows. If they are a bit delayed in the production stage, we still will ship it via your chosen shipping method you have selected.

Shipping & Delivery Facts

​

​

• Our shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals

​

• If you request to ship to 2 separate address, that will be 2 shipping costs

​

• Weekends and holidays are excluded as business days for Production and Shipping

​

• Once your order is ready to ship, we ship one of three ways: Standard shipping 5-7 business days,  Expedited shipping  3-4 business days and Rush shipping 2-3 business days 

​

• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/AFO addresses at this time

​

• We ship orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Few states may be delivered by UDS. Our teams determine the best Courier to use depending on your location, timing and factors

​

• Once your order has left our facility and processed by the Courier, we will send you an email immediately containing your tracking number

​

• Please note some orders will ship out in multiple shipments, therefore you will receive an email or emails with separate tracking numbers

​

• Amanda Joy Gifts will not be held responsible for missing packages or damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping Courier

​

Some Important Tidbits

​

• The average complete turnaround time for your Gift(s) to arrive, from the moment you place your order to the day it is in your hands,  is 5-10 business days  (this is based on you choosing 'standard shipping' )

​

• Some of our Gifts will take longer to process, and the complete turnaround could be up to 14 business days - these items will not be able to be Rushed or Expedited, therefore, we advise to leave plenty of time for your gift to arrive

​

• As stated above, Some of our items will NOT be available for Expedited or Rush shipping; these items will have $0 as the Expedited and Rush charges during checkout. If you see $0 , that means the only shipping method is STANDARD, and you will have to choose standard shipping during checkout.

​

• If you should choose Expedited or Rush methods for $0 , instead of Standard, we will send you an invoice for the Standard shipping cost and will not start processing your item(s) until the shipping is paid. 

​

• Rush and Expedited orders are processed and shipped the next business day

​

• ​Shipping schedule and/or Production times are subject to change during the holidays due to high volume and circumstances beyond our control, then there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If your item(s) fail to reach your destination by your chosen Expedited or Rush methods only, we will refund your shipping fee difference from Expedited/Rush rate and the Standard rate, after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time.  (however, we can not be held responsible nor refund items and/or shipping due to delivery carrier's delays due to their own unforeseen issues.

Shipping Rates

​

Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page and is based on a few different factors, such as, weight, oversized items like larger wall canvases, glass, destination and time of year. You will be able to view on your checkout page before confirming your order.  

​

• As stated above, Some of our items will NOT be available for Expedited or Rush shipping; these items will have $0 as the Expedited and Rush charges during checkout. If you see $0 , that means the only shipping method is STANDARD, and you will have to choose standard shipping during checkout.

​

• If you should choose Expedited or Rush methods for $0 , instead of Standard, we will send you an invoice for the Standard shipping cost and will not start processing your item(s) until the shipping is paid. 

​

The products available for Expedite and Rush methods will appear as a choice on checkout page shipping dropdown with prices next to them.  Hence, you will be able to choose your upgraded method and price for those products.

​

Standard shipping option for many items would be between $6.99 and $13.99 and the bigger packages, as in canvases or many glasswares can go up to $17.99 for shipping.
