In Box #2 - Also...List your Text/Word for Line #3
(If you choose to customize Line #2 and #3, list BOTH in Box #2 and separate each desired text with a comma in between)
**Please note the maximum of letters for:
Line #1 - up to 12 characters for customization
Line #2 - up to 12 characters for customization
Line #3 - up to 18 characters for customization
(line #3 will always be smaller print in capital letters as shown)
